JOB SUMMARY:
Developing & enhancing SOPs & Control Procedure:
• Enhance effectiveness of existing SOPs & control procedure for the company
• Develop relevant control procedures for each department
• Balance the cost & effectiveness of the control procedures for the company
• Evaluate the SOPs & control procedures
• Recommend method to improve control procedures
• Examine records to assure transactions recording and comply with applicable agreements, laws, and policies.
Assessing Risk Management Process:
• Perform a full/ periodically audit, including risk management, control management for assigned regions; departments & manage and perform internal audit projects recording existing control environment over business risk.
• Direct planning, organizing and monitoring of internal audit operations
• Conduct audits working directly with all internal management levels as well as external clients
• Analyze integrity and reliability financial information and means used for identifying measures, classifying and report information
Research and emerging issue:
• Up to date to the new compliance, law & regulation issued by government institutions
• Alert to relevant department for any impact from new update of compliance, law & regulations
• Assist each department to prepare relevant documents or report to support the new compliance, law & regulation
Follow up audit finding:
• Follow up the audit finding both internal & external from each department
• Make sure the findings are implemented on time
Preparing Reports:
• Prepare internal audit report, compliance by monthly and update to management on time
• Develop an analysis required by management or recommend an appropriate analysis to improve internal control, serve for a better decision making to management.
